Kitchen & Utility The kitchen and utility spaces are thoughtfully designed to make entertaining, celebrations, and large gatherings both easy and enjoyable.

At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen featuring a generous island with breakfast bar and stools, perfect for relaxed breakfasts or gathering while cooking. A large double Lacanche range oven with gas and electric ovens sits at the centre of the space, alongside a coffee machine, pantry cupboard, double fridge freezer, and wine cooling fridge, all available for guests to use during their stay. China, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and serving ware for up to twenty guests are provided, with additional items available for larger gatherings or celebrations if required. Just off the kitchen, the utility room is fully equipped with a Miele washing machine and dryer, hanging clothes Sheila, butler sink, dishwasher, separate electric Miele oven, hob, and microwave. There is also ample space for coats and muddy boots after countryside walks. The utility area can be closed off if needed, making it ideal for dogs or for use by caterers. For special occasions, private catering and cookery classes can also be arranged on request.
